There were many layers of complexity to this 3-story office building renovation. The first was removing and re-using existing furniture that our company had previously ordered for the prior tenant. The next was space planning and designing 800 workstations, 80 offices, 20 conference and training rooms as well as quiet and shared spaces. The final challenge was leading my team to order $15 million of furniture and install everything in multiple phases over the course of a year requiring seamless coordination with multiple trades.
