Not all projects come with a large budget. Some of the more challenging projects are working within the parameters of a set budget. This project was a great exercise in negotiating alternatives with Mazda’s design team in order to adhere to the client’s budget while still meeting the Mazda design standards. The final product was a coordinated effort between myself, our internal engineering team and outside FF+E vendors to create full set of construction documents for a thoughtful renovation project.
