This was a schematic design project for a mixed multi-use building located in downtown Wilmington, NC. The plan for the building was that the first floor would be dedicated to commercial use for shops, restaurants, salons, etc. with a parking garage and the second floor would be luxury apartments with tall ceilings and a second story loft. The exterior materials would blend with the existing buildings in the area and have a historical look to them. I created the model in Revit and rendered with touch ups in Photoshop.
